E. Karina Keys, DDS

Known for her detail-oriented approach, compassionate care, and commitment to excellence, Dr. Karina Keys partners closely with patients to develop customized treatment plans that restore both function and confidence.

Luis Keys, DDS, MDSc

A graduate of Metropolitan Autonomous University, Dr. Keys has also completed specialty training in prosthodontics and dental implants at the University of Connecticut, as well as advanced surgical training at the University of Berne, Switzerland.

Claudio Cosio, DMD

Dr. Claudio Cosio graduated dental school at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. He regularly completes continuing education courses through Spear Study Club and has received advanced training in dental implants through a five-day course in Cartagena, Colombia.

Mary

Regional Manager

Mary has been a devoted member of the dental profession for over 30 years. She joined Artistic Dentistry, then known as Catlina Dental, in 1992 alongside her father, a retired dentist, and has continued her journey with the team ever since. In May 2024, Mary transitioned to a remote role from Dallas, Texas, bringing her vast experience and continued passion for dentistry to support the practice in a broader capacity.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arizona (1991) and has completed certifications through the Pride Institute (1997) and the Schuster Institute (2008). Her leadership is marked by a deep commitment to creating a personalized and comfortable patient experience, emphasizing that every individual deserves attentive, customized care. Working closely with exceptional doctors and a highly trained team, Mary finds fulfillment in helping change lives through quality dentistry. She is proud to contribute to an environment where compassion and clinical excellence go hand in hand.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys playing pickleball and spending quality time with her family. She has three adult children living in Denver, Tucson, and Nashville, and currently resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with her sister’s family and four beloved dogs.

Tammie

Practice Manager

Tammie has been a valued part of the practice since 2015, bringing with her over two decades of experience in dental office management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and is known for her commitment to creating a welcoming, comfortable environment where patients feel genuinely cared for. Tammie plays a key role in coordinating across departments to support a cohesive, efficient team. Her leadership helps ensure that both staff and patients benefit from a smooth, supportive practice experience. She takes great pride in making every visit feel personal and positive for each patient.

Outside the office, Tammie enjoys playing pickleball, traveling, and the occasional poker game.

Adrina

Financial Manager

Adrina serves as our financial manager and brings a wealth of experience to the practice, having first joined in 2012 and returning to Artistic Dentistry in 2024. Her background across various dental operations makes her a valuable asset to both patients and the team. Adrina supports our practice by coordinating treatment plans, managing insurance processes, and guiding team members to ensure a smooth, effective front-office experience.

She is passionate about working alongside highly trained professionals who are dedicated to exceptional patient care. Inspired by the practice’s use of advanced technologies and innovative procedures, Adrina takes pride in contributing to an environment where quality and compassion go hand in hand. She also believes in celebrating the team’s accomplishments to boost morale and maintain a culture of excellence.

Outside of work, Adrina cherishes time with her husband and daughters. Together, they enjoy discovering new places and sharing unique culinary experiences.

Bielca

Hygienist - East Tucson

Bielca is a dedicated dental hygienist who joined the practice in April 2004. She graduated from Pima Community College’s Dental Hygiene Program in 2015 and has since committed herself to delivering patient-centered care that emphasizes comfort, trust, and satisfaction.

Bielca is passionate about creating a positive dental experience for every patient. Her role focuses on prevention, diagnosis, and the treatment of oral diseases. She collaborates closely with our dentists to develop personalized treatment plans that support long-term oral health and wellness. Bielca values being part of a team that prioritizes patient well-being and provides high-quality care in a compassionate setting.

Outside the office, Bielca enjoys life with her husband and their three children.

Dennine

Hygienist - Northwest Tucson

Dennine joined Artistic Dentistry in May 2021 and brings over a decade of experience to her role as a dental hygienist. A 2009 graduate of the Pima Community College Dental Hygiene Program with high honors, Dennine is known for her professionalism and dedication to patient care. She values working alongside Dr. Keys, Dr. Karina, and a team of outstanding professionals who foster a great work atmosphere. Dennine contributes to the practice's success by being a team player and consistently doing her best to help patients with their dental needs.

When not at the office, she enjoys spending time at her home in northern Idaho, hiking, camping, and being with family.

Monique

Hygienist - Northwest Tucson

Monique joined our team in 2017, bringing a warm and welcoming presence to our practice. After graduating from Pima Community College’s Dental Hygiene program in 2014, where she was honored with the prestigious Golden Scaler Award, she began her career with a passion for providing exceptional dental care. In 2020, Monique took a brief hiatus to focus on raising her two children, ensuring they had the support they needed until they started school. Now back at the office, Monique appreciates the caring, dedicated environment she fondly remembers. Her goal is to make every patient feel welcomed and comfortable, providing them with both education and high-quality dental care.

Outside of work, Monique enjoys listening to oldies and country music and having dance parties with her kids. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, often taking her kids to the lake for fun and relaxation.

Nubia

Dental Assistant - East Tucson

Nubia has been a dedicated dental assistant at Artistic Dentistry since 2010. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute’s Dental Assistant Program in 2010 and has spent over a decade helping patients improve their oral health, confidence, and overall well-being. Nubia is passionate about working with a team that shares a genuine love for dentistry. She takes pride in creating a supportive, educational experience for every patient, making them feel at ease and informed throughout their visits. Her focus is on empowering patients through education and working collaboratively to deliver the best possible treatment outcomes.

Nubia finds the greatest reward in seeing patients smile and leave with renewed self-esteem. Her continued commitment to learning and growth makes her a valued member of the team.

Isaac

Dental Assistant - East and Northwest Tucson, Chandler

Isaac has been a valued dental assistant at the practice since August 2016. He graduated from PMI in 2011 and has since dedicated himself to delivering exceptional dental care through teamwork, compassion, and clinical excellence. Isaac is passionate about helping patients achieve their dream smiles and takes pride in providing top-quality work. He supports patient success through detailed education, clear communication, and a calming presence during treatment. Isaac ensures each patient understands their care plan and feels confident throughout their visit.

Outside of the office, Isaac enjoys cycling and working out. He is a proud father of two sons, Isayah and Elias, and comes from a large family with six sisters and two brothers.

Trinity

Dental Assistant - East and Northwest Tucson

Trinity joined the practice in 2023 and brings a welcoming, patient-focused approach to dental care. She has taken educational coursework at Coconino Community College in preparation for her hygiene training. She is passionate about supporting patients through every step of their dental journey, especially those with complex cases. Trinity enjoys the teamwork within the office and the connections she builds with patients. Her warm smile and thoughtful care help patients feel at ease, informed, and confident in the treatment they receive. She believes in helping patients understand their needs and ensuring they receive the best care possible.

As the oldest of four siblings, Trinity was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry by her mom, a dental assistant, who supported her during a crucial time in her life. Outside the office, Trinity enjoys outdoor activities, hiking, exploring, and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts.

Denise

Dental Assistant - Northwest Tucson

Denise has been a valued dental assistant at our office since 2012. She finds joy in helping patients feel comfortable and confident with their smiles, creating a calming presence during every visit. Denise plays an essential role in keeping cases on track, managing the schedule and ensuring supplies are always prepared and available.

She is dedicated to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the practice running smoothly and takes pride in the outcomes patients achieve. Outside of work, Denise enjoys relaxing and hanging out with her dogs.

Erin

Treatment Coordinator and Dental Assistant - Northwest Tucson

Erin has been with Artistic Dentistry since 2021, serving as both a treatment coordinator and a dental assistant. A graduate of Pima Medical, she brings organization, flexibility, and a passion for patient satisfaction to her role. Erin finds joy in seeing patients happy with their treatments and proud of their new smiles. She contributes to the practice's success by managing patient schedules and providing support to doctors as needed, ensuring seamless care from consultation to treatment. Her focus is on making the patient journey smooth, comfortable, and well-informed.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys hiking and walking. She is a proud mom and also shares her home with two beloved dogs.

Laisa

Dental Assistant - Chandler

Laisa is a dedicated dental assistant with 14 years of experience in the dental field, bringing both skill and compassion to patient care. She completed her dental assisting education in Canyon Country, California, where she built a strong foundation in clinical excellence and patient support. In 2021, she relocated to Arizona, continuing her passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Laisa enjoys making a meaningful difference in people’s lives, helping them feel comfortable and cared for. She takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient, whether it’s easing anxiety or supporting them through their dental journey.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, especially kayaking, which helps her relax, recharge, and stay connected to nature.

Erin

Practice Administrator - Northwest Tucson

Erin brings both experience and heart to the dental field. With years of hands-on administrative experience, she helps manage scheduling, insurance, patient communication, and the many moving parts that keep the office running efficiently. She truly loves dentistry and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

When she's not at the office, Erin is a proud mom to her two college-aged sons. She loves to travel, explore new places, and you'll often find her dancing and enjoying life whenever she can.

Darcey

Practice Administrator - Chandler

Darcey joined our team in February 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Organizational Communication from Northern Arizona University, graduating summa cum laude. Darcey is passionate about fostering a positive and supportive office culture where everyone feels like family.

She ensures every patient feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Her clear, effective communication helps everything flow smoothly between staff and patients. Outside of work, Darcey enjoys hiking in Sedona, baking, and watching football, especially cheering for her favorite team, the Seahawks!

Steph

Front Office Administrator - Northwest Tucson

With over 10 years of experience in dental and healthcare administration, Steph is the welcoming heart of the front office at our prosthodontic practice. As Front Desk Admin, she takes pride in creating a warm, friendly environment where every patient feels comfortable, heard, and cared for from the moment they arrive. Steph understands that visiting a prosthodontic office can sometimes feel overwhelming, and she is dedicated to making each step of the process smooth and stress-free. From coordinating appointments and assisting with insurance and financial questions to offering reassurance and a listening ear, she approaches every interaction with patience, empathy, and genuine compassion.

Outside of work, Steph cherishes time with her family and enjoys traveling with her husband and their children, Leya and Daniel, making new memories and exploring new places together.

Suzette

Front Office Administrator - East Tucson

Suzette is our front office administrator with over 10 years of patient care experience. She has been providing great customer service and is very knowledgeable in most healthcare aspects, with a background in both the dental and cosmetic industries. She is always determined to learn and improve her skills and abilities for our patients in any way.

When not at work, she loves spending time with her three children, who keep her busy with homework, sports, and school functions. She really loves to travel and has a steady work-life balance.
