Your First Visit to Artistic Dentistry
Your first visit is all about getting to know you and your smile. We’ll review your medical history, take digital X-rays if needed, and complete a comprehensive exam. You’ll receive a gentle cleaning and have plenty of time to discuss goals or concerns. Our team ensures you feel comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way during your appointment.
For your first visit, please bring the following:
- A form of ID
- Your insurance card (if using insurance)
- A list of any medications you’re currently taking
- A list of any medical conditions you have

Insurance and Financing
At Artistic Dentistry, we are in-network with most major insurance plans and accept many other carriers. For convenient financing options to fit your budget, we partner with Cherry, CareCredit®, and PatientFi. Each has a variety of monthly financing plans to choose from. If insurance isn’t an option, we encourage you to join our Platinum Membership Plan. For an annual membership fee of just $349, you can cover your preventative care and enjoy a 20% discount on other services.

Our knowledgeable team is in-network with many major providers, accepts many others, verifies your benefits in advance, and files claims on your behalf. We’ll clearly explain your coverage, estimate any out-of-pocket costs, and answer questions along the way, so you can focus on your smile, not the paperwork.
