When you make an appointment, please mention that you're a plan member. When you come in, we’ll be sure to apply your discounts to your care.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?
No, the Platinum Membership Plan can only be used at our Artistic Dentistry practices.

The Platinum Membership Plan cannot be combined with insurance coverage.
