Meet Claudio Cosio, DMD
Dr. Claudio Cosio completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alaska in Anchorage, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences. He then attended dental school at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ, graduating in 2021. He regularly completes continuing education courses through Spear Study Club and has received advanced training in dental implants through a five-day course in Cartagena, Colombia.
Dr. Cosio is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and will receive his Fellowship in 2026, an achievement that requires over 500 hours of continuing education courses and a two to three-hour intensive exam in comprehensive dentistry.
Dr. Cosio is originally from Anchorage, AK, and after completing dental school in Glendale, moved to Tempe, AZ, in 2024. Outside the office, his hobbies include sports, hiking, fishing, reading, and enjoying the outdoors as much as possible.
